Following your consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining your collection, pricing, and next steps. Your event date is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and your retainer has been received.

Staffing recommendations are based on your guest count, beverage menu, and event timeline. We’ll recommend the appropriate number of bartenders and bar backs to ensue seamless service throughout your event.

Yes. A signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your event date.

We proudly serve Virginia & North Carolina and are available for travel nationwide. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
